Leslie Keil serves as Pomeroy’s Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. She oversees the company’s global brand strategy, market positioning, digital and traditional channels, and corporate communications, and ensures initiatives align with revenue growth and sales enablement.
Leslie is a results-driven marketing executive who shapes global brands into growth engines. With nearly 20 years of experience in high-growth technology and cybersecurity, she specializes in revenue-brand alignment and narrative velocity to convert complex technical capabilities into powerful, market-leading identities.
Previously, Leslie served as Vice President of Brand, Digital, and Communications at Imprivata, where she led the global brand transformation for the company’s digital identity platform and unified corporate communications with performance marketing to drive higher conversions and ACV.
At Arcserve, Leslie served as Vice President of Brand, Demand, and Communications, successfully managing multiple M&A integrations and scaling high-performing marketing teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC to support steady international growth. Additional roles include Vice President, Growth and Communications for Syniti (now part of Capgemini), Director, Global Marketing Communications for Arcserve, and Senior Client and Product Marketing at Thomson Reuters.
Leslie has a BA in Journalism from the University of St. Thomas and a Harvard University Extension School Graduate Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing Strategy.
