As Managing Director, Raju leads all day-to-day operations for Pomeroy India. He brings more than 20 years of global leadership experience to this role, with special expertise in building new technology businesses, managing operations and setting up end-to-end offshore, onshore, and nearshore facilities for large corporate entities.

Prior to joining Pomeroy, Raju held the role of Chief Delivery Officer at Impiger Technologies where he led Global Service Delivery, Service Transition and Digital Transformation Management. He has also held key service delivery roles at HCL Technologies in North America, HCL Insys in Singapore, IBM in Bangalore and Flextronics in China.

Career highlights for Raju include successfully building, launching, and managing seven large end-to-end IT-managed services operations across North America and Asia, with operations averaging $80M in revenue. In all, he has helped more than 80 global clients launch and manage IT operations, service delivery facilities and global competency centers.

Raju holds a bachelor of commerce degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).
