As Chief Financial Officer, Mike Provenzano leads Pomeroy’s financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and the full order-to-cash cycle.

Mike brings more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership across public and private technology companies at every stage of growth. With a proven track record of creating and delivering significant shareholder value, Mike provides pragmatic solutions to complex business issues with a focus on driving growth, profitability, and performance.

Prior to Pomeroy, Mike served as CFO at Lemongrass, a software-enabled services provider and global leader in SAP consulting. Prior to that, he was COO of Blue Lagoon Capital, a venture capital firm focused on disruptive technology startups and next-generation technology companies. Earlier in his career, he held CFO positions at Virtustream, a leading enterprise-class cloud company, and at Aspect Software, a unified communications provider where he oversaw finance, operations, and an M&A program that included more than seven successful transactions.

He holds a BS in Accounting from Merrimack College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA).
