As Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at Pomeroy, Yogin directs the strategy and execution of the company’s Generative AI initiatives.

Before joining Pomeroy, Yogin held senior engineering roles at PlanSource, NewRez, Pindrop, Wolters Kluwer, and Equifax. He managed large global teams across the US, India, Chile, Romania, and Mexico, comprising 70 to 300+ professionals, with annual revenues ranging from $70M to over $300M.

His expertise includes enterprise-scale platform transformations, hybrid cloud strategies, and global operating models. Yogin has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead enterprise-level commercial software solutions, driving successful digital transformations and fostering innovative cultures. His achievements include managing billions of transactions, overseeing major data center migrations, and implementing agile transformation strategies that enhance both quality and time-to-market.

Yogin holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Georgia State University and is a graduate of Vista Equity’s High-Performing Leadership Program. He currently serves as an Executive Mentor at Ceresa, sharing his expertise in technology leadership and organizational change.
