Shawn Kitzmiller

President of U.S. Sales

Shawn Kitzmiller serves as President of U.S. Sales, where he leads Pomeroy’s national sales strategy and execution. He is committed to advancing a client-first culture, developing high-performing teams, and leveraging market insights to drive disciplined, data-driven growth across the organization. 

Prior to joining Pomeroy, Shawn spent nearly 15 years at SoftwareOne, advancing through roles in field sales and executive leadership to become President of North America and a member of the Global Extended Executive Board. In this capacity, he developed and executed regional strategies with full P&L responsibility, led both direct and indirect teams, and served as an executive sponsor to strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and suppliers, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Known for an authentic, results-driven leadership style, Shawn blends strategic vision with practical execution, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation can flourish and teams are empowered to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional value. 

He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside. Outside of work, Shawn is dedicated to mentoring and helping people realize their full potential.
