Greg Coleman is a seasoned finance and IT executive with over 15 years of experience in driving transformational change through effective P&L management and operational initiatives. He currently serves as Chief of Staff at Pomeroy, where he oversees strategic initiatives and develops and executes action plans that enhance efficiency and drive business growth.
His expertise in financial oversight complements his responsibilities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve Pomeroy’s objectives. His unique blend of analytical skills and commitment to continuous improvement make him a valuable asset in driving long-term success.
Previously, Greg held various leadership roles within Pomeroy, including Vice President of Finance and Service Operations, where he managed P&L performance, developed financial models and forecasts, and oversaw global staffing levels, non-labor spending, and deal pricing. He also implemented cost-saving initiatives that improved productivity and efficiency.
In addition to his work at Pomeroy, Greg held leadership positions at Compucom and Lubrizol in the areas of solution architecture, service delivery, and data analytics.
Greg holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
