As head of HR, Murali leads Pomeroy India’s Human Resources department. He brings more than two decades of experience to this role, with specific expertise in recruitment, people management, policy deployment, employee development/engagement, and statutory compliance.

Murali has a track record of leveraging strong interpersonal communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain healthy workplace relations. Prior to joining Pomeroy, he served at a variety of growing startups and multi-national companies across a diverse range of industries, from IT and ITES to telecom and entertainment.

Notable roles have included head of HR at GI Tech and Director of HR at CBTS Technology Solutions India LLP, where he helped build the organization from the ground up—onboarding more than 350 employees while designing the firm’s HR structure, governance policies, and risk compliance framework. Murali’s longest stint was at Verizon India where he was Manager – HRBP, heading the enterprise solutions group with more than 2500 employees across two cities in India, Chennai and Hyderabad.

Murali holds a master’s degree in personnel management, industrial relations, and labor welfare as well as a bachelor’s in labor management from the University of Madras.
