As Vice President of Human Resources, Linda Carter helps define, develop, and implement Pomeroy’s HR strategies. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to this position, with prior roles across a diverse range of industries including healthcare, banking, retail, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Pomeroy, Linda served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at US Bank, where she helped design, develop, and execute important initiatives while acting as a talent advocate and change champion.

She also held HR roles at Ashland Inc. and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, as well as two Fortune 100 companies; Amazon and Cordis Corporation (then part of Johnson & Johnson).

Linda holds a master’s in HR Management from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s from Purdue University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and also holds certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices from the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business.
