As Pomeroy’s Senior Vice President (SVP) of NOC & SOC Services, Stacy leads global strategy, development, and delivery of next-generation Managed Network Services and Managed Security Services, with full accountability for service innovation, go-to-market strategy, operational excellence, and financial performance. Stacy is a visionary leader with extensive experience across six industries, specializing in IT, Risk, and Compliance.  

Previously, as CIO and CISO of Nashville Electric, Stacy managed IT for one of the largest public service providers in the U.S., successfully modernizing their legacy systems and implementing a hybrid cloud model. Her expertise extends to Enterprise Risk and Global Compliance as CISO for Spirit AeroSystems, where she designed their first Global Enterprise Risk Program and worked with Mazars UK on intellectual privacy compliance during critical acquisitions. She also served on the U.S. Overseas Security Council and as a member of the Information Assurance Work Group for the U.S. Department of Defense. 

With a strong focus on collaboration and transparency, Stacy has built international teams that effectively navigate complex cybersecurity laws and ensure global compliance. 

Stacy earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science at Eastern Kentucky University.
